When will my artwork ship?

Original Artwork:  Most pieces are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. 

Textured Prints:  Each textured print is created to order with beautiful hand executed materials. Because of this, typical production, creation, and shipment time are about 5-7 business days from purchase. However, depending on the current demand, our lead time may extend as we prioritize quality over speed with all of our products. If this is the case, we will communicate the new timeline to you. 

Can I expedite my order?

Contact us if you need your order by a certain date. If it requires faster shipping and/or production time, an expedited shipping fee may occur.

Any items shipping outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Michele Stone Collection is not responsible for these charges if/when they are applied and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
