RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Michele Stone Collection. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy outlined below:
Artwork:
1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, undamaged. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Process: Contact us at michele@michelestonecollection.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation email inside the package.
4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original form of payment.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
6. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Wallpaper:
1. We do not accept returns on samples of wallpaper or wallpaper. They are made to order. These sales are final.
